Celebrating Community and Sustainability
On September 23, 2023, the Calya Sigra Club (CALSIC) celebrated its 7th anniversary, reinforcing its identity not just as an automotive community but as a vibrant "second home" for its members. CALSIC, under the guidance of ASTRA Daihatsu Motor since March 31, 2017, has diversified its activities beyond automotive interests to encompass cultural, social, sports, and tourism endeavors.
A Green Milestone with GT Radial
In a significant collaboration, GT Radial supported CALSIC's anniversary by spearheading the planting of 1000 tree seedlings. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), demonstrating a commitment to environmental stewardship. The event also served as a platform to showcase CALSIC's MSMEs and to highlight the touristic allure of Pemalang's Widuri Beach.
Engaging Communities for a Greater Cause
The event witnessed participation from local authorities, including the Department of Youth and Sports, Environmental Services, Local Villages, and the Indonesian Red Cross, and also extended invitations to various clubs and communities in Central Java. Attracting over 2000 visitors, the success of this endeavor is a testament to the collaborative efforts of CALSIC's Central Board and its 8 chapters, Central Java Region, and the supportive sponsors, including GT Radial.
